Yvon Beauregard

Ex Vice-President, Environment, at Bombardier and Domtar, and member for 13 years of the Bureau des gouverneurs du Conseil du patronat en environnement du Québec and of the American Conference Board, Yvon Beauregard has always been interested in the development of environmental issues’ management.

Dario Iezzoni

Dario Iezzoni is the Sales and Marketing Director at Santropol / Copardès, a roaster and distributor of fair trade and organic coffees. He has a bachelor’s degree in Law and an MBA, and he was Executive Director at Equita (Oxfam-Quebec Fair Trade) for seven years. Recognized by the Association Marketing de Montréal, he won the “Personnalité marketing 2004” prize. Being the living proof that economic performance can also serve the interests of the most vulnerable citizens, Dario Iezzoni eloquently illustrates this necessary marriage between the world economy and international solidarity. He aims to change the way we do business: fair, ecological and in solidarity – on a daily basis.

Jean-Benoît Grégoire Rousseau

Jean-Benoît Grégoire Rousseau is an Associate in the Montreal office of McKinsey & Company. Since joining the firm in 2010 he has worked with clients across a range of industries; his areas of expertise include operational excellence and lean manufacturing. Before consulting, Jean-Benoît held a post-doc position with the CIRANO Montreal and lectured at the HEC Montreal. Jean-Benoît holds an Economics PhD from the University of Michigan where he completed a thesis on the Economics of Happiness. Prior to that, he completed a Masters in Economics and a Bachelor in Psychology, both at the University of Montreal.

Kyell Vyncke

As Vice President for Business Development & Operations at Xprima Corporation (EVOLIO & Auto123.com), Kyell is responsible for major activities related to strategic planning, management, alliances and new business initiatives for this industry leading company of 150 employees.

Prior to his present role at Xprima, Kyell Vyncke was Managing Partner at a small investment fund, where he was responsible for the strategic positioning of the portfolio of businesses, which he oriented most notably towards renewable energies. With his solid experience gained working for multinational companies like Seagram and General Motors, where he worked in sales, marketing and business management, as well from management consulting undertaken both here and abroad, Kyell has developed a particular expertise in Growth Strategies and Marketing.

Kyell Vyncke holds an MBA from NYIT in collaboration with Columbia Business School, Stanford University and The University of Chicago Graduate School of Business, as well as a BA in Finance and International Management from HEC Montréal.
